The townhouse is conjoined and has an internal gutter system between it and the adjoined townhouse. It is a 97 build with hardie weatherboard type plank cladding on a concrete slab. There is evidence of historical leak damage in multiple locations. We do not require a full inspection report, just moisture readings to be undertaken.
