Granny flat Inspection for Insurance

Looking for a Registered Master builder, Certified Builder, Structural Engineer or Registered Building Inspector to inspect our granny flat and complete a 'Earthquake damage property InformatIon form'. We are trying to get the granny flat included in the house insurance, but the insurance company requests this form is completed first. It will involve inspecting all aspects of the granny flat for any damages due to the Kaikoura earthquake. It has to be completed by someone with one of the above mentioned designations.
