House inspection for external water leaks

We have a three bedroom house whose cladding has cracked which has allowed some leaking of moisture. There is also some leakage evident at window frames, etc. We are unsure of the extent of the issue, though some places are clearly evident. We need to know the extent, and what will be required to fix it, including a quote for doing the corrective work.
