1/3 Lantana Rd / Step Cracking

Following a pre purchase house inspection the Building Inspection report has identified step cracking and a damaged brick at the rear of the home requiring repair. I need this looked at and a quote given before going Conditional on this property. Deadline date is this Friday. I have someone coming to look at the cladding on Wednesday at 11am and the building inspector returning to finish looking in the garage. It would be great if someone could come to inspect this at this time also since the Agent from Barfoot and Thompson will be there at this time.
