Insurance Repair Quote from a Licensed/Certified Builder

Hello there, I am looking at providing a couple of quotes ASAP to my Insurance company for them to review, assess and proceed with the job. Please note that the Insurance co would require the quote from a licensed practitioner or a certified builder. The damage is due to the recent weather events and the scope of the job is listed below: 1) Water leak (gush) inside the corner of the ceiling/wall of the bathroom 1.1) Fascia board just outside the bathroom - needs replacement along with the rotten timber. 1.2) Bathroom ceiling has been taken down and would need to replaced as well. 2) Water leak inside the corner of the bedroom ceiling/wall which is adjacent to the bathroom. 2.1) Fascia board just outside the bedroom where the leak happened. - needs replacement along with the rotten timber. 2.2) mold formation inside the bedroom close to the fascia board. Plaster and paintwork required. 3) Water leak through the damaged gib from ceiling in the living room (just above the dining) - Plaster and paintwork required. 4) Faulty lights, heat light and extractor fan in bathroom went off 1 by 1. 4.1) outdoor sensor lights broken due to the storm - needs light replacement and some electrical work.
