Water Damage Assessment for Insurance Claim

We are looking for an inspector with experience in assessing water damage. The damage was caused by a burst hot water cylinder which flooded a number of areas in the house. An inspector with timber flooring experience would be ideal. The house is a 1960's Neil Home build with continous pine tongue & groove flooring. The visible areas are showing extensive warping and opened joints, but there are areas of concern that we would like further investigated that are no visible. We would like this work to produce a report that can assist us in our negotiations with the insurance firm over the scope of works for repairs.
