Leak above the window

Water is coming in from the top of the window frame after heavy rain. One window in a bedroom and the other one in the garage. The outside walls of these windows are next to each other. I would like an inspector (with thermal imaging equipment) to detect the source of the problem. Roof, gutter etc needs to be inspected as well. I want someone ASAP.
