There is a property i am interested in checking out whether it is ok to pursue further on. The property has not got a council code of compliance yet and is subject to a satisfactory completion of a list of things for (FI) further investigation. Most things on this list i believe are easy fix, like brackets on downpipe missing etc. However there are things on that list that requires an experienced builder to check. i need someone to go over this list of things and be able to tell me whether this can be fixed easily and what stuff on that list i need to look out for or direct me to the right place to look! Also I need to know whether such job can be done easily once such property is purchased. Can some of these things also can be fixed at your own pace later?? It will include a visit to the place and check it out.
