Minor dwelling Building Report
Job description
A second hand Building report is required of a minor dwelling prior to moving it to a new site. The 59M2 house is located at Rathgar Road Henderson. It was built in the 1940's of Kauri and had two additions since. Also there is a single garage to include in the report as well please.

The report on the building was ok but could have used a check list of items in that it tended to only report faults (there were a few), & some important items were not mentioned because they were ok I was verbally assured. We were there on time but Ross's schedule didn't list us so we had to wait for him to travel from Manukau to Henderson which he did immediately after we contacted his office/him. We're not sure if the incomplete report will satisfy council requirements. He did help fix an item
