Find source of leak under balcony deck

Building inspector found elevated moisture readings under 2nd floor deck (above 1st floor deck) in attached 3 level town house (refer attached section of report with photos). Need LBP to locate source of leak and recommend specific repair action required. This needs to be carried out ASAP before Wed 17 January (condition of purchase of dwelling)
