Pre purchase building inspection required for first home buyer. Usual inspection of underfloor/piles, roof and cavities etc etc. A rough ballpark estimate of remedial costs would be appreciated, this does not need to be finely detailed, just rough. My previous post was wrong, I don’t need a written report, verbal will be fine. House is in Manaia. Time/access to be arranged with Lisa at Harcourts Hawera. Needs to be complete on or before 10th August.
