We're looking at purchasing a section in Rotorua which is on a slope/hill side We're unsure of building site & what type of building that would be cost effective in ensuring we apply to council regulations. I think we're needing a geotech engineer. We have not made an offer on this section, we're wanting an idea of costs to us before making an offer. Lot 6 in pic
