I have a conditional contract to purchase a property. I require a pre-purchase inspection from an independent expert to check the exterior and interior of the dwelling, including sub-floor (there is good access and room to move around) and ceiling, including check of condition of plumbing and electrical. Written report required, with photos of any areas of concern. It is an 80m² small 3-bedroom single level 1950's detached house.
