Valuation required on Queenstown (east)

We have an existing dwelling on a 812m2 section and are looking at subdividing and building on the front area(new lot). Perhaps a bit different to a normal valuation but if possible, we are just wanting to get a guide on the value of a completed build on our site based on the current plans and drawings which we have.
