Invasive moisture testing in Residentual home
Job description
We are trying to get our house on the market however our builders report has identified 4 areas of the house which have high moisture readings - we believe that we have fixed the moisture egress issues but we need to get invasive testing done to check that the structure of the home is not affected - we have opened up the walls in the places advised and all feels dry but we need the proper moisture readings done to be sure The rooms affected are two downstairs bedrooms, the living room and the laundry
