3rd Party Safe and Sanitary Report

Looking for a registered building surveyor, a registered architect or engineer, or a Licensed Building Practitioner to carry out a "Safe and Sanitary" report for my home. A load bearing wall was removed from lounge/kitchen a very long time ago before consents required. Everything seems stable and sound but need to get the report done to show prospective buyers as the house is for sale.
