Property cladding inspection (must be between 6th~8th Nov)

We have already done a pre-purchase property inspection on a property that has Weatherside cladding. We would like a person to examine the specific problem areas and give ADVICE ONLY. The intention of the advice is to help us estimate the cost of ongoing maintenance and the likelihood of us requiring re-cladding and the cost of that. The person should be * qualified to give advice (please let us know your qualifications) * specifically have experience in dealing with Weatherside in the past * knowledgeable on job costing Timeline should be ASAP, any time between 6th Nov and 8th Nov (to be arranged with the realestate agent.
