Pre-purchase building inspection

Hi there, I have put an offer on a two bedroom unit in New Plymouth but subject to building inspection. Ideally, the inspection would take place early next week (WC --- ). It's a 75 square meter unit, 1 of 3, brick and tile. Look forward to hearing from you.
