Invasive Weathertightness Report

Hi! We are in the process of purchasing a house in New Plymouth Central. We have just had a house inspection performed and there are moisture areas of concern that require further investigation with a formal weathertightness report including invasive testing from a registered building surveyor. The vendors have given permission for us to do this. We are hoping to have someone do this urgently for us by the end of next week where our due diligence period ends. Thanks very much.
