Hi there, We operate Airbnb style accommodation at our property. We don't live. Auckland council issued NOT (notice to fix) recently which we need to change of use from SR (Single Residential) to SA ( Sleeping accommodation/ Visitor accommodation). We need to upgrade our house in order to be able to compliance. Therefore we need a fire report and see what changes to be done. Can we get a quote how much this would cost us to change SR to SA?
