*** This work is urgent, and we need to have the report submitted to ANZ by Friday *** We need a comprehensive weather-tightness report (including moisture readings) on the property (monolithic cladding) from a qualified Building Inspector (i.e. a member of either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS), or the New Zealand Institute of Building Inspectors (NZIBI), or the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand (BOINZ)) to NZS --- confirming that there is no evidence of weather-tightness issues. Professional Indemnity Insurance must also be held by Inspector or Firm, and the report must be addressed to ANZ.
