I have 3 properties in Upper Hutt I would like valued for mortgage purposes. A 60sqm bestone brick unit (1 of 2) in Heretaunga. A 120sqm, 4 brm house and garage with a separate 1 brm bach and garage on the section in Wallaceville (This bach and garage is in a poor state but is permitted). A 320sqm, 4 brm house in Elderslea (tenanted and will be hard to get indoors). I am applying for a mortgage on another property I would like to purchase, but do not have the 20% equity needed by going on the low RVs these properties have. How much will it cost to value these 3 properties for mortgage purposes, and can you do them early next week? Thank you.
