pre purchase insurance valuation

Kia ora, I require an insurance valuation on a 1950s dwelling on or by Friday 21 July 2023 (this is the deadline on my Sale & Purchase agreement with the vendor). It is a single-level dwelling in a 'L' shape, built with timber framing and cement plaster, and has a sloped iron roof. While looking a little tired, I have had an initial look through with a friend who is a building consultant and he says everything looks good and just minor maintenance is required (a waterblast and extra paint in some areas outside but nothing inside required). I am getting a building (incl. plumbing and electrical) report done but would like a quote for an insurance valuation as this may help my mortgage application. Photo attached. Nga mihi, Angie
