Pre Purchase Building Inspection

Kia ora, I require a building and plumbing condition report on a 1950s dwelling by Tuesday 11 July if possible (it is required to support a mortgage application being submitted to banks then). It is a single-level dwelling in a 'L' shape, built with timber framing and cement plaster, and has a sloped iron roof. While looking a little tired, I have had an initial look through with a friend who is a building consultant and he says everything looks good and just minor maintenance is required (a waterblast and extra paint in some areas outside but nothing inside required). The dwelling is empty and power is currently disconnected (I have someone I know booked in to do an electrical report for me). Please let me know if you are able to assist. Nga mihi, Angie
