Builders Report on House Purchase

I require a builder to do a quick look over a house we are purchasing in Totara Park, Upper Hutt before the 30th of October. House has currently been refitted with a new kitchen etc due to a previous builders report showing up rotten floors. They have done alot of work to fix it so there shouldnt be to much to find but as its one of our conditions, it needs to be done. We need this done before 30 OCTOBER!
