Inspection between 3rd-4th Aug - written report completed by midday 5th Aug

PLEASE NOTE - the job can only be confirmed by night time 2nd Aug, for the inspection between 3th or 4th Aug and written report completed by midday 5th Aug. The reason is because currently we have a backup offer on the property which will be a primary offer EOD 2nd Aug if the original primary offer fell thru on that time. Our bank pre approval expires soon. So, with the time constraint we have, we required a building inspector which can met the above conditions, 3 bedroom house (building size 111sqm)
