Recladding and extension to lounge

I have a 125m2 house in Karaka that I would like to reclad with weatherboards to bring back to an original look (1962 bungalow) At the same time as this, and to prevent further expense down the line, i would like to extend the lounge out by 2 metres and wide by 1m (to fit under existing roof width) the house is on a brick base with concrete post foundations and the extension would not alter the roof shape just the length as the roof currently extends over a porch.
