I need a comprehensive specialist report and an estimate of remediation (incl replacing wall linings & paint) on the status of my plumbing - failing polybutelene. A basic140m2, single storey brick house, 1 bathroom (shower only), w/c, kitchen, 2 outside taps. Low pressure hot water. Destructive inspection = removal of sections of wall lining is OK if required.
