Building Inspection and review

I have been completing earthquake repairs on my home and just need a suitably experienced, qualified and registered builder to do an assessment of the quality of the repairs and fill in the form sent by insurance company which I will then send back to them. I imagine the inspection will take 1 to 3 hours maximum. Don't apply if you are not qualified to do a job like this as I don't want the paperwork rejected by the insurance company on those grounds
