Healthy Homes Assessment

Just wondering if there is someone in the area that can complete a Healthy Homes Assessment for our rental property in Redwood. It has had a successful Healthy Homes assessment in October 2021 after a new heat pump was installed. The house has just had an EQC funded total rebuild after a botched EQC repair which included adding additional R3.6 wall batts while the brick cladding was removed. We needed a new Healthy Homes assessment for the Ministry of HUD as the house is going to be used for Social Housing. I engaged GForce who undertook a very thorough assessment and the assessor was excellent to deal with. Three items did not meet requirements, all quickly corrected. Unfortunately there is only one GForce rep in Christchurch and he has been sick and cancelled 2 revisits. I have found out from GForce today that he cannot revisit for 3 weeks. We cannot afford to wait that long. Can anyone do an assessment sooner than this? There are 2 detailed assessments with room sizes, insulation used, etc available so this should be a very simple job to do and it has been rebuilt to current building standards. We are quite happy to pay for another assessment, as long as it can be done quickly, as this is far less than the money we are losing waiting for a revisit!
