Floor Level Inspection

We currently have our house on the market and vierwers at the open home have had concerns about a number of patches in the floor with lumps/dips that they wanted explained. They weren't mentioned directly on the last building report when we purchased, so would like to get a new report that explains that they are within MBIE standards or advise what is required to rectify.
