Building inspection for 100sq m home & detached double garage

Breeze block 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Hei Hei requires a building inspection to accompany it's sale on the open market. There's also a separate double garage to inspect. The brief includes checking external pointing against SOW and quoting for rake out, plaster and paint to kitchen in order to re-assign part of the EQC payout made.
