3 residential property valuations

I have 3 renovated 2-bed townhouses in Riccarton, Addington and Spreydon that require a registered valuation for financing purposes. The finance is with a 2nd tier lender so I have discretion about who I use for the valuations (but you must have Prof. Indemnity Insurance). I require a quote, and can you complete the reports in the next couple of weeks? Cheers, Barry
