Building Assessor required

We're looking for someone to assess our garage as the EQC are refusing to fix it without a reassessment. It was initially damaged in the February 2011 earth quake and then the cracks in the ground were fixed. Further damage was sustained in June 2011 and our claim was put into the EQC however; it wasn't attended to and so we missed a deadline (or something like that) and now they said that we have to arrange a reassement - hence my plea! The builder who assesses will most likely get the contract to rebuild the garage also - once the EQC pay out. We are hoping for urgent repairs so if anyone is able to help us out, we would really appreciate it.
