Hi, I am after an independent valuation for a 100m2, 3 bed house, on 880m2 property in Breens rd, Bishopdale, Christchurch. The house and property has recently been renovated. The property will be tenanted on Friday (21st June) and I am hoping to have the on-site aspect of the valuation done before they move in (i.e. by 5pm Thursday 20th June)
