If our offer is accepted (deadline sale closes 6 Feb) we will be after a property inspection (we will have 10 working days to go unconditional). In particular we are interested in the wiring/plumbing and water-tightness of the property. There is also a wall we would want to remove and need advice as to whether it is load-bearing or not.
