A Pre-Settlement Inspection Needed

I'm soon taking ownership of a unit I purchased. For the pre-settlement inspection, I'd like some help in inspecting the property this Sunday (20 Nov) at 6:30 for any possible earthquake damage (following the events on the weekend) and/or any general issues to be considered. The feedback would obviously need to be given on the spot and as such can be verbal and doesn't have to be a formal builder's report. The unit is 1970s one with an attached garage. It's built on a concrete slab with a floor plan of 100 sqm. Please reply with a quote if you're interested and can make this fixed appointment. Many thanks.
