House Inspection

We require a house inspection on a property in Somerfield we intend on buying. We are aware the electrical wiring on the property needs replacing but we would like the rest of the house to be inspected by a builder - in particular the ceiling cavity as there was previously a fire up there. This needs to be done either over the weekend or Monday and I will have to work in a time with the current owners. We do not require a written report unless major faults are found upon inspection. A price for these services is also required.
