I had my roof checked a few months ago and was advised that the strut at the corner of my lounge has been sheared in half horizontally. It was braced but that entire corner needs repairing. I am wanting someone to come and have a look under the tiles/ridge and provide photos and a brief report so I can attempt to have this claimed under EQC (if the report suggests hidden earthquake damage). As per the pictures you can see where the tile ridge appears to be sagging.
