Inspection and Quote for Repair

2 storey 1900s house. Fire place has a installed wood burner with the stovepipe running up through old chimney up to roof. There is a secondary chimney which is now redundant. We lit a fire couple weeks ago and the smoke leaked through into the redundant secondary chimney space and through into our room via the old stove place on the second floor. Either the stove pipe has become disjointed or there uis a blockage. Everything was working perfectly before this event. Need someone who knows what they are doing to do an inspection, test and give me a quote for repair. I've added a photo of an old inspection drawing which shows the stove pipe tilting off into a 75degree angle. Somewhere it has become disjointed or blocked. There is no easy access to roof.
