Fireplace and/ or new Install

Hi there i'm looking to have new freestanding fireplace installed next to the old one which is old 1950's in a wall of concrete type, which I am going to board up. So the new one will require new hole in the ceiling and roof for the flue and possibly whakatane council consent. The ceiling is gib type stuff then there's the usual ceiling space between that and the roof which is corrugated iron, and it's a single story home. I can either purchase a new fireplace from a store or purchase from you if you provide. I am in the Murupara area and looking to have installation done before winter this year. Thanks, Ade
