Chimney top replacement

I have this very old chimney spinning top (as per picture) which is making horrendous sound when it is windy. It has been straightened and oiled many times, but it only lasts little while. I would like to replace it with non-moving chimney top. This chimney is for open fireplace in our living room. We are not using it, but still want to keep it usable in the future.
