We have a second hand Panasonic heatpump to be installed. We cant put the heat pump straight above the window (Back to Back) but can put it on the wall next to the window close to the corner (so still very close to outside the house).

At the start it was great. Got a quote quickly which we accepted. However noone turned up to do the job and then Isaac would not answer the phone or texts. In the end we just gave up. Do not recommend.
