existing flue needs to be replaced. 300mm dia 1.2m high then reducer then 150mm tube then cowl on top. Will be done same time as re0rooffing job, fully scaffolded. re-roof sometime after January 2024. Currently two chimneys but we only want one, the other to be disconnected.
