Underfloor ducted heatpump

Have a basement running under approximately half our house that we are in the process of converting to a bedroom. Looking to install ducted heating in the space between the upstairs and downstairs so we have ceiling ducted heating downstairs and floor ducted heating upstairs. Powered by heatpump. Not sure if this is even possible or cost prohibitive so looking for info.
