Replace/Re-Fasten Eco Chimney Hat and or Partial Flue Install

We have a Metro Eco Wee Rad with a Eco Flue assembly. Is approx. 10 years old. The chimney hat rivets are letting go (salt air). The last quick repair work (new rivets) is all that's holding it in place. Relatively high wind area (airport). The hat literally winked at me tonight, so a good 15 degrees+ of movement. Expect need a need a new eco chimney hat and related assembly. Nighttime, but will post photos in the morning. No idea on costs/install so quotes/suggestions on pricing welcome.
