Wellington house. Chimney dates from 1880's. It is connected to double (back to back) fireplaces, one is Victorian and the other has a jetmaster unit installed. We would like to lower the old chimney to the roof line or below and install a modern flue so that the fireplaces remain viable. House is single story and there is easy access from roof of new extension.
