Chimney Removal/Fireplace Seal

We've got a chimney that we'd like removed, and two fireplaces which need to be sealed properly. We think the two fireplaces share the same chimney (the fireplaces are back to back in different rooms), and both just look like they're stuffed with cardboard at the moment. It's a brick house, built 1911. Photo 1 shows the actual chimney (sorry, hard to get a decent pic without getting on the roof); and Photo 2 shows a different chimney on the house (we don't need that removed, but think it's probably the same as the one we do want removed). Photo 3 and 4 are the fireplaces. Happy to answer questions if thaty's not helpful info... Thanks heaps
