Heat pump to be looked at. Mitsubishi inverter, model SRK35ZJ-S. Stopped blasting cold air, maybe needs replacement gas cylinder Outdoor unit fan doesn’t turn on either. Would like someone to do an in person assessment. Open to replacing the unit with a brand new one if needed

I would hands down use these guys again and would recommend them for a honest quote/work required as they talked me out of some ideas that I had that realistically and financially were the wrong choices.
