Further flashing around flue required for weathertightness

We've had a pre-purchase inspection carried out of a property we intend to buy, and it has identified high isolated moisture readings located within the lounge ceiling by the flue of the wood burner. The inspector has indicated that extra flashing of the flue is required, to re-seal it on one side. They also said the moisture is just in the gib, it is not a structural issue. We appreciate it's not a huge job, but would like to get an idea of the sort of costs we'd be looking at. Once we're in and settled we'd look to get the work carried out in the first few months.
